Golf Course Flyover Terms and Conditions

1. All of the Golf Course Flyover and Layout Maps (KML/KMZ) files on www.GolfFlyover.com are subject to all of the copyright statements listed below.
2. The overall look and feel of our website, Golf Course Flyovers, and layout maps, are  the intellectual property of GolfFlyover, LLC and is copyrighted. We will vigorously pursue any individual, or company, that violates our copyright statements.
3. Specifically, the following is copyright protected: (a) The use of simple markers for the Tee and Pin along with a simple line connecting the Tee and Pin. (b) The manner in which the "Play Tour" feature of Google Earth smoothly glides over each hole and turns around as if you were in a helicopter flying over a golf course.
4. All of our Golf Course flyovers and layout maps are for recreational purposes only.
5. You CANNOT use our Golf Course Flyovers or Layout Maps for any business purposes whatsoever without specific written permission from GolfFlyover, LLC.  This specifically includes using our Golf Course Flyovers or layout maps as a reference for developing any golf releated business products.
6. All data contained within our flyovers and layout maps are copyright protected and CANNOT be used for any other purpose.
7. You cannot share or post any of our Golf Course Flyovers or Layout Maps.  They can only be stored temporarily on the original machine where they were downloaded.
